Community Futures Triple R Corporation advocates an approach to development that is designed by local initiative and intended to develop community resources. Within this approach, Triple R offers community economic and employment opportunities. It is the intention of Triple R to have resources available to assist with important community initiatives throughout the Triple R region.

Triple R offers assistance with:

• Planning For Your Community: Assistance for managing change and mobilizing local resources through a development strategy.
• Planning For Your Organization: Assistance for your organization to develop a strategic plan for its activities.
• Establishing the Means for Implementation: Assistance for your community to develop the means to effectively implement the strategies identified.
• Evaluating Your Progress: Assistance for your community to ensure the results desired are achieved.

Non-Financial Assistance

Following an approach which links community generated strategies with community controlled action, Triple R will respond to your community’s specific needs in terms of what we can do with you, as opposed to what we can do for you. To this end, our commitment is to facilitating the processes involved in all aspects of community economic development; namely, community decision-making and organizational development.
